SetupNotes is engineered from the ground up as an offline-first utility. We believe your personal activity, logs, and notes belong to you and nobody else. The app operates entirely on your device with no required account creation, no sign-in, and no mandatory cloud connection.
All data entered into SetupNotes—including logs, history, custom profiles, and preferences—is stored locally in your device's sandboxed storage. We do not operate external application servers that harvest, sync, or profile your personal data.
SetupNotes does not contain any third-party tracking SDKs, advertising libraries, or behavioural analytics frameworks. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your information in any manner.
Any optional premium feature unlocks are processed directly and securely through Apple's official App Store in-app purchase system (StoreKit). We do not collect or store your payment card details, billing address, or financial credentials.
When you export files (such as CSV or JSON exports), those files are generated locally on your device and transferred only via the system share sheet according to your explicit commands.
